Our meals must be bursting with the vitamins and minerals our bodies require to operate at their best if we are to maintain good mental health and manage our stress levels.

A good diet includes vegetables like broccoli, spinach, fish, meat, poultry, nuts, eggs, fruits like papaya, blueberries, avocado, pomegranate and salads. Although sugar has solely negative effects on the body, it provides quick energy, which is why so many of us crave it. Cutting off sugar from diet is very beneficial.
